We Are Social

Through this initiative we are touching lives of people in different segments!

Starting from supporting farmers to make use of their banana by-product effectively and generating additional income through it, to enhancing awareness in the society related to safe and hygienic menstruation; our focus has been to benefit the society we live in!

Sanitrust supports UNICEF initiated the Red Dot Challengecampaign, aiming to educate girls and women on safely managing their periods and dispel period stigma from the society.

Our Efforts

  • Supporting farmers in generating additional income by procuring agro-waste of banana crop from them.
  • Reducing air pollution and increasing soil fertility by preventing stubble burning.
  • Economically and socially empowering women of local communities by generating jobs for them in Sanitrust manufacturing units
  • Conducting in-person awareness drives/webinars and distribution of free sanitary napkins in schools and colleges of urban and rural areas.
  • Enhancing knowledge of adolescents and young adults about safe and hygienic menstruation and it’s management.
  • Educating users of sanitary napkins about correct disposal of used products to ensuring health, safety and dignity for sewage workers.
  • And most importantly reducing plastic based menstrual waste and hence our carbon foot prints.
