Sanitrust Biodegradable Pads is a start-up of Cislunar Janki Private Limited (CJPL), established in the state of Bihar since 2017.
Our Strength
First in Bihar to manufacture sanitary pads from natural plant fibers like banana fibre & pulp, which are comfortable in use and safe for the environment.
Vision
To provide innovative and environmentally responsive solution for healthy, hygienic and comfortable menstruation for women and girls of rural and urban areas.
Mision
To research & develop sustainable solutions for safe and eco-friendly feminine hygiene products.
Our Recognitions
- Recognised as start-up by Dept. of Industry, Bihar and Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
- The only start-up in Bihar to secure the incubation support from IIT Kharagpur.
- Received Grant-in Aid from Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer’s Welfare, GOI.
Giving Back To The Society
- By using agro-waste material (banana stem and fibres) and supporting farmer’s income.
- Reducing plastic based menstrual waste and hence the carbon foot prints.
- Successful in generating job opportunities for women of the state, making them self-reliant and improving their social status and dignity.
